Returns Policy

In order to ensure a quick turn-around for your return, we ask that you contact us either through our support page, external E-mail (Lonestarrifleco@gmail.com), or by phone (713-476-1765).

Lonestar Rifle Co. is happy to accept returns on items that are new and unused with the original manufacturer’s packaging, or items that are defective, within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund.

 

In cases where an item is defective or the wrong item is received, Lonestar Rifle Co. will gladly pay for the return shipping. In cases where the customer decides they no longer want an item, the customer covers the return shipping.

 

Unfortunately, Lonestar Rifle Co. is unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

 

• Apparel items that have been worn, altered, or tags removed.
• Underwear (boxers, briefs, etc.) and face coverings (face masks, neck gaiters,earplugs and shemaghs). This is due to health code violations.
- Due to the nature of face masks, neck gaiters and shemaghs being worn on the face, we are not able to accept any returns on these items.
• Ammunition. Due to safety considerations, all ammunition sales are final.
• 80% Lower Receivers, Frames, and Kits.
• Chemicals, ie liquids, oils, pepper spray/gel, cleaning agents. Due to regulations and safety consideration primers, most liquids, oils, solvents and other Hazardous items are not returnable.

Footwear

 -All shoes must be returned in the original box, which also cannot be used as the shipping box. You must place the shoes and the original box into another box to ship back to us. Any shoes shipped back with the original shoe box used as the shipping box, will not be accepted.

 Certain firearms purchased from Lonestar Rifle Co. LLC can be returned to us, as long as it has not been picked up from the receiving FFL dealer. Once a firearm is transferred to you from the FFL dealer, we are no longer able to accept a return.

All Custom-Built Firearms and Used/pre-owned Firearm sales are Final and cannot be returned once purchased.

 

While the firearm is still in the possession of the FFL dealer, please inspect the firearm thoroughly to ensure that there are no visible defects. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, please contact us before picking up the firearm from your dealer. We can arrange to have it returned to us, and upon delivery and careful inspection of the firearm, we will provide you with your choice of either a replacement, if available, or a refund of the firearm.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy for Lonestar Rifle Co. LLC

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain states such as CA and NY. It is the buyers responsibility to adhere with Local, State, and Federal Laws with respect to (but not limited to) Firearms, Ammo, Knives, certain Chemicals and Self Defense Items. ANY prohibited items WILL NOT ship to a State that has prohibited them.

All Firearms Must be shipped to an approved FFL Dealer, shipping arrangements must be made with the intended FFL Dealer that is to receive the Firearm BEFORE shipping can occur. we must also receive a copy of the FFL Dealer's License before shipping can occur. We suggest contacting the FFL Dealer you wish to ship to, to be sure they are able to receive and transfer the Firearm and have them contact Lonestar Rifle Co. to arrange shipping.

At Lonestar Rifle Co., we are committed to ensuring the safe, secure, and lawful shipping of firearms and related products. Please carefully review our shipping policy below:

  1. Eligibility

    • Firearms will only be shipped to valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders, in accordance with federal law.

    • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws before purchase and shipment.

  2. Shipping Carriers

    • We use reputable carriers that comply with firearm shipping regulations, such as [e.g., UPS, FedEx].

    • Firearms will not be labeled or marked in a way that identifies their contents to ensure discretion and security.

  3. Required Documentation

    • Customers must provide a copy of the receiving FFL's license before shipment.

    • All packages will include the necessary documentation for transfer and tracking purposes.

  4. Packaging Standards

    • Firearms will be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

    • We ensure that all shipments are tamper-proof and meet carrier-specific guidelines.

  5. Delivery Time and Tracking

    • Orders will typically be processed and shipped within [2-5] business days upon receipt of the required documentation.

    • Customers will receive tracking information once the shipment has been dispatched.

  6. Shipping Costs and Insurance

    • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on the customer's location and chosen carrier.

    • Insurance is available for an additional fee to protect against loss or damage during transit.

  7. State-Specific Restrictions

    • We do not ship firearms or magazines to locations with prohibitive state or local laws. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with their jurisdiction's laws.

  8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

    • In the rare event of a lost, damaged, or delayed shipment, customers must notify us within [60] days of the expected delivery date.

    • We will assist in resolving any issues with the carrier, but liability for lost or damaged shipments may be limited without insurance.
